Service Description

FFRD provides digital government services to citizens and residents of Fujairah, including:

• Majlis venue booking and management
• Housing maintenance and additions applications
• Building materials support
• Rental housing support
• Temporary housing services
• Surveys, suggestions, and complaints

User Obligations

By using this platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all applications
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not misuse or attempt to manipulate the platform or its services
• Not submit fraudulent applications or false documentation
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations
• Use the platform only for its intended purposes

Limitation of Liability

FFRD provides this platform on an as-is basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability:

• FFRD is not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues
• Application outcomes are subject to eligibility criteria and committee review
• Payment processing is subject to third-party gateway availability
• FFRD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Authentication is conducted via UAE PASS or registered credentials. You must notify FFRD immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software on this platform are the property of FFRD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain platform availability at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Smart Assistant and AI Features

The platform provides an AI-powered smart assistant and automated tools to help you navigate services and answer common questions. Their responses are for general guidance only, may not always be accurate or complete, and are not legally binding. All application decisions are made by authorized FFRD staff and committees in accordance with the applicable eligibility criteria — never by automated tools alone.

Payments and Refunds

Service fees and deposits are processed through secure payment gateways. Majlis bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable once paid; a booking may instead be postponed to another available date free of charge up to 24 hours before the event (maximum three postponements). The Social Development fee, the Digital Support fee and payment-gateway fees are non-refundable in all cases. The cash security deposit is returned after the event subject to the venue inspection.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Fujairah.

Changes to Terms

FFRD reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
