Book one of the Foundation's majlis halls for your social occasions (weddings, condolences, gatherings). View available dates, choose the occasion type, and pay the fee and deposit online; you then receive a confirmation message and a gate code for the guard.
Eligible citizens can request maintenance of their existing home (roofs, electrical, plumbing, finishes). Foundation engineers carry out a site visit, assess the condition and prepare the bill of quantities; the work is then assigned to an approved contractor with follow-up and warranty.
Request a room, annex or extension to an existing home to meet the family's needs. After ownership and engineering requirements are verified, an approved bill of quantities is prepared and tendered to approved contractors for execution.
Eligible Fujairah citizens receive free building materials (cement, blocks, interlock tiles and more) to repair or complete their homes. Apply online by choosing materials and quantities, pinning the property location and uploading the documents (building permit and construction contract for cement and blocks). Once approved, a supply letter is issued and the materials are collected from the approved supplier. Each material has a maximum quantity and is not granted again within two years.
Annual financial support of up to AED 12,000, paid directly to the landlord, for eligible Fujairah citizens who hold a valid lease, own no home, receive no other government housing support, and whose monthly income does not exceed AED 15,000. Apply online; the case is reviewed by the specialists and then by the support committee, which sets the amount.
A Foundation-owned housing unit is allocated for temporary use to eligible Fujairah citizens who own no habitable home, where need is established (widowed, divorced, building collapse, disaster or a social circumstance). Apply online with the family book, Emirates ID and supporting documents; after review the unit is handed over under a usufruct undertaking. Once in a lifetime.

The Fujairah Foundation for the Development of Regions Youth Council organized an event titled “From Roots to the Future” at the Marishid Community Majlis as part of Fujairah Youth Days 2026. The event aimed to strengthen intergenerational connections and highlight the role of community majlises in supporting and empowering young people. The event featured a series of panel discussions addressing several key topics, including entrepreneurship, the role of majlises in fostering community engagement, and volunteer work. It also included a dedicated space for young entrepreneurs to showcase their projects and products and share their experiences and success stories. The event was designed as a vibrant platform for dialogue, hands-on experiences, and intergenerational interaction, providing young people with an opportunity to exchange ideas and expertise and learn from community experiences, thereby strengthening their participation and role in the development journey.

The Fujairah Development Foundation for Regions participated in the Volunteer Work Exhibition at the Higher Colleges of Technology, where it was honored in recognition of its participation and contributions to supporting volunteer work and promoting a culture of community service. The Foundation also showcased its community initiatives and provided students with the opportunity to register and identify their skills and abilities that could be utilized in volunteer work, including event organization, photography, design, and the use of artificial intelligence to serve the community.
