Chaired by Maktoum Al Sharqi, Fujairah Areas Development Foundation Continues to Strengthen Its Development Plans

His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fujairah Areas Development Foundation, affirmed that developing community projects represents a top priority in the vision of the Fujairah Government, emphasizing the commitment to implementing developmental initiatives and enhancing the efficiency of community projects, in a manner that contributes to achieving the comprehensive development goals of the Emirate.

This came during His Highness's chairing of the first meeting of the Foundation's Board of Directors for the year 2026.

His Highness referred to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, regarding the need to continue developing community projects in the Emirate and to work on enhancing the quality of services provided to citizens, ensuring a dignified life and keeping pace with the requirements of comprehensive development in the Emirate of Fujairah.

During the meeting, His Highness reviewed the Foundation's estimated budget for 2026, along with the achievements made in the field of housing services during 2025. The meeting also included a review of community projects and their level of completion across various areas of the Emirate of Fujairah.

His Highness directed the continuation of providing services to beneficiaries according to standards that ensure the highest degrees of efficiency and quality, in alignment with the directives of the Fujairah Government and the Foundation's objectives, and in a manner that contributes to supporting community development and advancing the journey of comprehensive development in the Emirate.
